Our Beginner classes benefit every level of yoga practitioner, and is designed to bring us to our mats with a beginner's mind. Each session will begin with the fundamentals of breath and meditation, focus on the basics of seated and standing postures and conclude with intentional rest. Students will actively interact with their breath and movements, thus learning the roots of a holistic yoga practice.

We offer classes that not only focus on asana and preparing for the more intricate poses, but incorportates effective breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra, philosophy, and meditation.
Hatha yoga means to to bring together the 2 polarities, the sun and the moon, the action and the breath, the doing and the undoing. Our Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga classes honor the full yoga practice.

A mix of active and passive stretching to become aware of the sensations in the body. Re-learning how to listen to the messages our body is telling us through breath, meditation and movement. This class provides a safe space for practitioners to begin their yoga practice, connect with their body, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with the inner landscape of the mind, body and spirit. Suitable for all levels, including students who have never practiced yoga.

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more

Restorative Yoga – This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity.

This class is for all levels from beginners to experienced students of Kundalini Yoga. We will meet and build every Tuesday.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Prenatal yoga is a type of yoga designed for pregnant women. Yoga is intended to create a balance between emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions. Prenatal yoga is about helping you prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy
