The Sovereign Season is designed for women navigating perimenopause,the threshold where the Sovereign Woman, the Empress, emerges. Guided by this archetype, we engage in storytelling, ritual, somatic practices, and reflection to reclaim your soft power, clarity, and inner authority.
This intimate retreat supports women in life transitions;shedding old seasons, navigating change, or simply listening for what wants to emerge next. Set amidst trees, flowing water, and open land, the retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and remember your inner authority.

Outdoor space includes a large deck (1200 SF) surrounded by trees and a small waterfall. This 2 1/2 acre property has ample gardens, gazebo, outdoor dining areas, a swing deck, swim spa, waterfalls and firepits.
House of Essence
Golden Hill has completed its House of Essence, a Parfum House with ancient Egyptian Essential Oils, the White Lotus Spa, where various treatments and experiences are available, and now our latest addition, the Healing Lounge inspired by Bali With various healing modalities.

Good to Know
- We are in the mountains and the weather can fluctuate drastically in a day best to be prepared with layers.
- All tap water here is potable and good to drink. Additionally we have a water filter in the dining area for guests if they prefer.
- We do live in the tropics which means there are mosquitos, no-see ums, biting ants, scorpions, tarantulas and poisonous snakes. We recommend you bring your own insect repellant, (NO DEET based products). We also have insect repellent available for sale.
