Saha Yoga and Wellness House is a unique yoga studio located in Old Town Tomball. Our property is a converted 1940’s bunkhouse with a backyard garden for community yoga events and secondary room for one-on-one sessions and teacher training. In 2014, Wild Spirit opened in Tomball, offering yoga classes, private yoga and Pilates sessions, and workshops. In 2021, the owner moved to Colorado, and Jessica Trione took over the business in 2023.
Saha means "together" or "enduring" in Sanskrit, reflecting our core values of unity, collaboration, and shared experience. Our classes help individuals discover their raw strength and power while promoting love towards self and others. We offer yoga and meditation classes, Ayurvedic consults, workshops, Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School, adventure retreats, and Reiki, Sound Healing & Energy Healing sessions.
We’d love for you to join us!
Loves holding space, strong back, soft heart. You will most likely find your fire in Jess’ class. Big LOVE.
I Choose the surrender, the acceptance, the vulnerability of being afraid and facing my fears. I know that taking these leaps of faith will prepare my heart to open in exactly the ways I’m meant to, thus allowing Life and Love to manifest. I won’t be afraid of the shadows...
I love simplicity. I usually know when I'm moving away from my spirit if things are too complex. I believe in cultivating the simple, joyous moments in life. I believe in the beauty of human connection and relating to others. I enjoy sharing my heart and serving from this space.
I truly believe that the power of yoga & fitness transforms lives, as it did mine. I give a positive atmosphere of calm, power & fun for my students. I want to offer a small gift in someone's journey to self improvement.
The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you've built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love well.

Love The Self Aho!
Effervescence at its finest
I'm a passionate yoga teacher who sees the yoga mat as a gateway to self-discovery and personal growth. Through my practice, I cultivate acceptance and harmony within myself and encourage others to do the same. Guiding students on their journey to find inner peace and balance is my greatest joy.
I'm passionate about yoga! I infuse my warm energy into all my classes, whether it's vinyasa flow or restorative. Sound is my medicine, so expect a treat in my classes. My flow classes offer sweat and balancing challenges.
I love connecting with people and hearing their stories from all walks of life. I love cultivating and maintaining authentic, meaningful relationships. I love that I learn so much about life through these relationships. It’s all around a beautiful, deeply meaningful experience. It is the bread and butter to my soul.
My passion is helping individuals reach their full potential - pain, illness and default patterns prevent people from living their dreams. I teach classes focused on how to align/move bodies to build strength/flexibility, slow/deepen breath to control autonomic function, and recognize/change thoughts and emotions to achieve goals.
Practicing Restorative Yoga together is a gift!
It is a sacred space where we can begin to soften and be. A place to explore and welcome ourselves with kind acceptance. Together, we create a restorative space where compassion and grace flow freely.

I'm Venkata K. Ponnaganti, an Emeritus Professor of Psychology and Ex-Director of the Institute for Yoga & Consciousness. I believe that meditation combined with gentle stretching and asanas provides an effective approach to self-regulation that integrates body, mind, and behavior. Yoga opened a new vista in my life by providing a means to approach life and come to terms with the complexities of the mind-body processes and living in the world. I've taught courses on yoga and meditation at various Yoga Studios in the US.
