Angie is honored to walk the path of discovering who you are and finding your purpose on this earth. With grace and love we find the truth in what it means to be human. We call to our ancestors of the great animal spirits so that we can build our strength in knowing our path. And as we integrate back to the physical world we find that our path begins at the heart. While we build community and love with those around us we must first build that love and community within ourselves.
This 5 week offering was built not only to give you the opportunity to find your TruNord 1-1 Offering A Self Discovery in Wolf Medicine voice, but to challenge you in those spaces that we tend to resist. I honor our journey together but committing to this path will be up to you.
Finding your Totem
Our first week together will delve into what is wolf medicine, spirit animal totems, and the four pillars of shamanism. Then we take the sacred vision quest to find your totem. Journal writing Book reading: The Four Pillars of Shamanism
This week is all about reflection. We will discuss the past week and what has come up for you in your writing and reading. Journaling your experiences is a way to the spirit world where we find truth.
Finding Your Truth 2hr The Journey
This week can seem challenging. When we start to uncover our truth sometimes we find that what we have resisted is where our truth lives. We will work together to build healthy boundaries, and what exactly a boundary is and how we can manage that in our waking lives. We will touch on our likes and dislikes, and tolerances. This is where we truly find our voice and power in who we are. This will take some time so don’t be discouraged if this week is a challenge in being vulnerable enough to speak your truth. Journaling/Boundaries/Likes/Dislikes/Tolerances Reading: The Four Pillars of Shamanism
Reflection 1 hr Reflecting back on the past week and your journaling. Finding patterns in what we hold as beliefs and discussing our dreams/desires and how we interrupt the messages that are given to us
The Spirit
Our final week together is where we bring it all back to the external world. Where we integrate what we have learned and how our truth can be witnessed not only in a safe space but in the world around us. We will discuss our path of purpose and finding balance and harmony in the world we live in to build community and finding our tribe. We close at the circle by the fire with a meditation of protection and love that directly connects us back to the spirit world with our spirit animal to guide us when we need direction.
