Reiki Sessions
Reiki is for Everyone!
We offer energy healing through Reiki sessions by appointment, available for 30-minute or 1-hour durations. Each Reiki healing session is unique, guided by our intuition. This form of energy healing is safe for everyone and can be utilized for both physical and emotional balancing.
How does Reiki Heal?
Reiki can initiate a cleansing process that impacts both the physical body and the mind, as well as emotions. Toxins stored in the body may be released, along with outdated feelings and thought patterns that no longer serve a purpose.
The free and balanced flow of Ki is essential for health. Ki animates the physical organs and tissues, flowing through them to nourish the organs and cells, thereby supporting vital functions. When the flow of Ki is interrupted, it leads to impaired functioning of one or more organs and tissues within the physical body. Thus, disruptions in the flow of Ki are a primary cause of illness.
During a Reiki treatment, the Rei, or God Conscious aspect of the energy, evaluates where blocks exist and directs the healing energy to the area nearest to the hands. The Reiki energy then addresses negative thoughts and feelings that hinder the natural flow of Ki, aiding in their healing. By permeating the affected areas of the energy field and infusing them with positive energy, Reiki raises the vibratory level within and around the physical body, where negative thoughts and feelings reside. This process causes denser negative energy to break apart and dissipate. Reiki effectively clears, straightens, and heals the energy pathways, allowing healthy Ki to flow naturally. Occasionally, the entire block of energy is elevated to a higher vibrational field for processing, while other times it is melted away or incinerated.

In this Reiki Level 1 training class, students will explore the history of Reiki and discover what Reiki healing is all about, including how it promotes healing and several techniques to prepare for a healing session. Participants will learn the Reiki Power Symbol and the hand positions essential for energy healing, along with methods to integrate these techniques during a healing session. This course consists of a blend of lecture, discussion, and hands-on experience. Practice time includes learning how to prepare for a healing session, self-treatment, and giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment utilizing the hand positions, Power Symbol, and other Reiki techniques. Students will receive the Power Symbol during their attunement and will be initiated as Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 1 Practitioners.

Reiki 1 Practitioner training
In this Reiki Level 2 class, students will review the Power Symbol and the foundational knowledge gained in the Reiki Level 1 class. Through their attunement, students will acquire the Mental/Emotional Symbol and the Distance Healing Symbol, which are vital for enhancing their Reiki healing practice. With these additional symbols, participants will expand their Reiki sessions to promote healing on physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual levels. This training also empowers students to heal unwanted habits and send energy healing across time and space.
The practice component includes both giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment, utilizing all the Reiki symbols and hand positions learned in the previous Reiki training levels while working with energy systems and chakras. Upon completion, students will be initiated as Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 2 Practitioners.

Reiki Master Training Level 2 & 3
Advanced Reiki Master Training
This training will build upon your level 1 & 2 Reiki training and experience, introducing the integration of crystals and stones with Reiki healing for sessions, distance healing, personal healing, and manifestation of goals. You will learn your Usui master symbol along with the yin and yang power symbols. Upon completing this attunement, you will be a certified Usui Tibetan Reiki Master.
Join us in Cold Spring, Texas, for a long weekend in March. The cost includes Level 2/3 (Master) Reiki Attunements, all necessary supplies and materials, meals and lodging, and access to amenities such as the Sauna and Biomat at Golden Hill Retreat. Additional add-on options are available upon request (time permitting).
